Dr. Robert W. Busby
Is an accomplished scientific and organizational leader with 25 years of pharmaceutical R&D experience. Dr. Busby is an entrepreneur with a dual passion for drug discovery and organizational development. He is known for his contributions to the success of Linzess having participated in its development from discovery through approval and launch. Dr. Busby is recognized for his long-term vision and ability to anticipate future challenges and organizational needs. An experienced preclinical R&D scientist, he specializes in strategic and operational IND consulting, where he helps small to mid-sized life science companies transition their drug research from discovery into first-in-human and PoC studies.
